From above, Nancy observes the situation devolving.
NANCY: I knew this would turn ugly.
SI (interface): Y’ain’t planning ta rescue the jerk, are ya?
NANCY: Not a quantum disturbance, not our problem.
SI (interface): Ugh, thank Muhammed.
Panel 2:
Same view. Yeomanry vans scream down the street, drawing Nancy’s attention.
NANCY: Oh now the police deign to show up.
SI (interface): Y’know they woulda made the sitch worse, right?
NANCY: I know you’re twelve and biologically predisposed to be edgy, but…
Panel 3:
The Yeomanry plough out of the skidding vans, shields and batons at the ready, shunting members of the crowd out of the way.
Panel 4:
The Yeomanry form a protective ring around the white van, separating the crowd from their target. They’re wearing gas masks, which looks like overkill for the situation.
Panel 5:
Up above, Nancy isn’t sure what to make of the new arrivals.
NANCY: Those don’t look like normal riot cops…
NANCY: …and believe you me, I been truncheoned by a lot of riot cops over the years.
NANCY: Si, what’s their chatter?

Same view. Nancy grows concerned when she doesn’t get a reply.
NANCY: …Si?
NANCY: Si, you there?
