Panel 1:
Nancy rises, her back bashing into Carol’s, who’s also turned to face her pursuers. Meeting in the centre of the corridor before Carol’s office, they’re surrounded by the Great Game.

Panel 2:
Closer up, Nancy is a little amused at their situation. Carol’s face is unreadable.

NANCY: Well, lookie this! Sworn enemies thrust together by circumstance! Looks like we’ll have to put our differences aside to face the common threat, eh?!

Panel 3:
Same view. Expressionless, Carol kicks Nancy’s legs out from under her.

NANCY: Owww!

Panel 4:
Carol legs it into her office, leaving Nancy alone to face the Great Game encircling her. Nancy is momentarily hobbled.

NANCY: Okay, okay, I can respect the dedication to the bit!

NANCY: …and that you’ve apparently learnt Krav Maga in your off-hours!

Panel 5:
Taking advantage of the collapsed ceiling, Nancy leaps above the converging talons, propping herself up by her feet.

NANCY: Hoip!

Panel 6:
Nancy brings the hammer down on the talons, still legs akimbo across the corridor.

NANCY: Ha!

NANCY: Three-dimensional thinking!
