Panel 1:
Des and Sam crash into the lift, Des frantically mashing the button.

DES: Movemovemovemovemove!

Panel 2:
Lewis leans over to pick up his gun, nurse an aching shoulder and touch his ear-mic. Carol, icepack over her eyes, seems less than interested in helping out. The lift doors slam shut.

LEWIS: Couldn’t’ve broken the fourth wall for five seconds to help me out?!

CAROL: I’m tired.

CAROL: Do your job.

LEWIS: Yeoman, this is Pandora-2! Pandora-1 and Pandora-3 are suspended from duty and wanted for questioning! Isolate and detain!

Panel 3:
Standing in the lift, Des and Sam contemplate their options.

SAM: Des, I hope you have a plan for when they shut this lift off.

Panel 4:
Same view. The lights switch off, but Des is already jimmying the doors open.

DES: Ever since I watched Die Hard as a kid I’ve thought up action plans to escape every tall building I’ve walked into.

SAM: Don’t suppose those plans take into account I’m twice your age?

Panel 5:
Out in the corridor, Des lands after sliding through the lift doors halfway up the shaft, narrowly avoiding an office worker carrying papers. Sam is still clambering out.

DES: The future is now, old man! Leg it!

SAM: I’ll “old man” you, you…

Panel 6:
Outside, the window cleaners in their canopy watch bemused as Yeomanry storm the building from the ground floor.
