Panel 1:
Des and Sam are charging down the stairwell. Des appears to have the whole escape plan down pat while Sam is clutching his chest holding off a cardiac arrest.

DES: Listen, no matter what happens, you have to escape. You have to tell everyone what’s going on up here.

SAM: I don’t know, Solomon…you seem to…have a pretty good grasp…on escaping the force!

Panel 2:
Des peers down the stairs and sees the Yeomanry on the ground floor taking aim. She takes out her own gun.

DES: You’ve got connections! That treehouse club! Old white man privileges! They’ll listen to you!

DES: Bugger…

SAM: And nothing I say is going to boost your self-esteem, is it?

Panel 3:
Des, gun ready, rushes Sam out the stairs as bullets fly up.

SFX: ratatataTATA

SAM: If you’re really having me play Harrison Ford in The Fugitive can you at least share your workings for the next thirty seconds?!

DES: See those window cleaners outside?

SAM: You’re joking…

Panel 4:
Sam and Des run through an open plan office, Des holding her pistol high and Sam quickly snatching an overcoat from the back of someone’s chair.

DES: Nobody move! Angry black lady with a gun!

SAM: Sorry, I’ll give it right back!

Panel 5:
The cleaners in their scaffold outside duck as bullets fly out the window.

CLEANER: Kurczę!

Panel 6:
Sam’s legs kick as he tumbles into the scaffold. Before Des can mount the platform she spies the door bursting open behind her and the Yeomanry pouring through.

DES: Damn, out of time…
